Shipping & Lead Time

Production and delivery are confirmed for your configuration and destination. There is no single shipping rate or lead time for every build.

Information for your quote

Provide the destination country, city and postal code. Tell us whether the receiving address is a bodyshop, business or residential address, and mention any access or delivery restrictions.

Production

Your quotation sets out the proposed configuration and estimated production timing. Custom finishes and Signature Builds may need additional review. Confirm the agreed start point and schedule before authorising an order.

Shipping and destination charges

The quotation should identify the shipping method, delivery arrangement and included charges. Ask us to clarify any customs, import taxes, local handling or final-delivery costs before accepting the quotation. Do not assume that a production estimate includes transit or customs clearance.

Receiving your delivery

Check the packaging and components on arrival. Keep the packaging and take clear photographs if anything appears damaged or incomplete. Contact us with your order reference, the delivery date and a description before arranging repairs or installation.

Changes and updates

If the destination or specification changes, request an updated quotation. For an existing project, use your reference when contacting us so the enquiry can be matched to the agreed specification.
